Goddess of Love Necklace

This is one of two necklaces I have recently made using green aventurine. Green aventurine is a stone that is connected with the heart (fourth) chakra and is said to promote love for self and for others. The more colorful beads in this necklace are fancy jasper beads that I bought during my vacation in Oregon this summer. They are gorgeous and the colors range from light and dark greens and browns, to grey, mauve and there is even one teal stone. They remind me of the different colors you might see at a pumpkin farm.
I spent quite a lot of time arranging the beads before stringing them to make sure the colors were balanced and flowed nicely. I have had the sterling silver Bali beads with spiral designs for a while but I was saving them to use in the perfect piece, and this was it! This necklace is one of a kind. I like it so much it's hard to let it go, but I have it listed for sale on Etsy . I am going to be extremely honest right now and say that I am hoping it will go to someone who appreciates it and will take good care of it. I put so much work and thought into this piece. Since I love making jewelry, I am always in a positive mood when I am creating, and I hope that feeling becomes infused into my art.
