Earrings!

I've been on an earring-making spree! It all started with making some garnet earrings for my mother in law's birthday coming up later this month. They came out pretty good and they were easier to make than I remembered! I had tried my hand at making earrings a while ago, but the wire wrapping was difficult for me.

So I ordered more earring components and went crazy with it! I have so many gorgeous beads that I just couldn't work into bracelets or necklaces because of their odd shape or small size. Earrings are the answer!!

My personal style, when it comes to earrings, is light and earthy. In fact, for the past 10 years or so if I've worn earrings at all, they were usually just small studs. I'm not a fan of large, heavy, or gaudy earrings, so when I sit down to create them I try to keep them small, use natural materials, and pack them with interesting details. I have been very busy taking lots of photos this weekend and plan on adding more pairs to my Etsy store soon!
