Folsom Thursday Night Market

Last night was my second time setting up my Shining Light Jewelry booth at the Thursday Night Market on Sutter Street in Folsom. I learned a lot from the first go-round and came back this time with lights, more jewelry, and more bottled water. We set up in a great location; right across the street from the awesome live entertainment by Christian Dewild.

It was such a fun atmosphere! It was FIDO night so lots of people brought their pups. I had lots of volunteers with me and we were all diggin' the music and dancing. We're not high-pressure sales people, so look if you want, try on if you want, ask me anything about the jewelry. Don't buy it if you don't love it. But of course, we do appreciate a sale :)

I will be out there one more time on August 21st. Depending on how it goes I might decide to set up at the Rivercats Rhythm and Ribs Festival in September. That one is more expensive to sign up for. Although we have have had a lot of fun doing the Thursday Night Market, I would like to start turning a profit. However, all the support I've received from my loved ones throughout this experience has been priceless!!

(Doing public shows has been awesome, but I still have the website http://www.ShiningLightJewelry.Etsy.com )
